Adamo and Baumann join SRS Altitude as Senior ART experts

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), an independent insurance company manager, has announced the addition of Marco Adamo and Roy Baumann to SRS Altitude as Senior Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) experts.
Effective April 2, 2024, Adamo will lead Altitude’s Property portfolio while Baumann will be responsible for Casualty and Finpro, both driving ART business development, structuring and execution of all types of non-standard solutions for corporate entities, captives and risk takers vehicles.

Joining SRS from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Adamo brings to Altitude more than 11 years of execution of ART structures as well as European markets experience.
Through his career at Swiss Re, the executive has held a number of technical and leadership positions across direct and facultative underwriting and alternative risk transfer.
Bringing 25 years of experience, Baumann is also joining SRS from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, having spent over 13 years with the company.
He has also held various technical and leadership positions with Converium and Aon Global Risk Consulting covering topics such as finance, investments, risk analytics, complex structured solutions and consulting.
Adamo and Baumann have been SRS Altitude’s latest additions following the company’s appointment of Jan Bachmann as the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO).
As CUO, Bachmann will oversee Altitude’s underwriting portfolio and be responsible for designing structural solutions and assessing underwriting risks across various non-standard solutions.
