AF Group announces CFO appointment and other executive promotions

Insurer AF Group has announced the promotion of Patrick Stewart to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Olivia Rogers to Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, and Jason Foreman to Vice President, Binding in the Specialty Lines division.
These promotions, AF Group highlighted, reflect the strong leadership that continues to drive the success of the organisation.

Prior to his new appointment, Stewart served as vice president of Business Performance and Strategy. He brings to his new role over three decades of experience spanning corporate accounting and finance, insurance and strategic leadership.
Stewart started his financial services career at KPMG before moving to AmeriTrust Group, where he held various financial leadership positions. After AF Group acquired AmeriTrust in 2023, he played a key role in the successful integration of the two companies.
Rogers, who prior to her promotion served as Managing Director, Reinsurance and Analytics, has been part of AF Group since 2019. Her background includes two decades of experience in property, casualty, and workers’ compensation lines. Before joining AF Group, she held the position of Vice President at JLT Reinsurance.
Foreman has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, specialising in underwriting, product management and business development.
Before his current promotion, he held the position of divisional director of Binding at AF Group. His professional history includes numerous leadership roles at Century Insurance Group.
