AF Group to acquire AmeriTrust Group

AF Group, a Lansing, Michigan-based holding company whose affiliated brands provide specialty and workers compensation insurance, has agreed through its subsidiary Accident Fund Insurance Co. of America to buy AmeriTrust Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, AmeriTrust offers specialty insurance programs and products including workers compensation, commercial package and automotive business coverages.
