Alliant acquires agency focused on Pacific Northwest

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Thursday it has acquired Biggs Insurance Services, a Vancouver, Washington-based agency that provides commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits and consulting services in the Pacific Northwest.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Biggs, which was founded in 1935 has almost 60 employees, will continue serving clients from its Vancouver headquarters, Alliant said in its statement.
