Alliant adds former USI broker

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Wednesday it has hired Kurt King, formerly a broker at USI Insurance Services LLC, as senior vice president within its Alliant Americas division.

He will design and place coverage for middle-market businesses in the industrial sector across New England, Alliant said.

Mr. King specializes in coverage and risk mitigation for manufacturers and distributors, with a focus on the food industry.

Based in Warwick, Rhode Island, he previously served as a vice president at USI.
