Alliant Insurance Services Inc. announced Tuesday the acquisition of three retail and property/casualty agencies in Oklahoma.
Terms of the three separate transactions were not disclosed.
The Irvine, California-based brokerage acquired Oklahoma City-based 3000 Insurance Group, a commercial and personal lines and employee benefits firm.
Alliant also acquired Broken Arrow-based agencies Commercial Risk Group and The Arrow Group. Combined, the agencies employ hundreds of staff, all of whom are joining Alliant, according to a spokeswoman.
Commercial Risk Group specializes in mid-sized to large commercial accounts and specialty programs, including general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation and commercial property coverages.
The Arrow Group provides custom programs for oil and gas contractors, retail businesses, wholesale operations, manufacturers, contractors and professional offices.
All three agencies will operate as Alliant Insurance Services from their existing Oklahoma headquarters.
