Alliant hires former USI senior vice president

Alliant Insurance Services inc. on Monday named former USI Insurance Services LLC executive Mike Griggs as senior vice president within its Alliant Americas division.

In his newly created role, Mr. Griggs will focus on designing and managing customized property and casualty insurance and risk mitigation strategies, an Alliant statement said.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he reports to Todd Yomtov, executive vice president and managing director in Houston, according to an email from a spokeswoman.

Mr. Griggs was most recently senior vice president with USI.
