Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Thursday it hired Pete Galla, formerly with Willis Towers Watson PLC, as executive vice president, senior director, within the mergers and acquisitions vertical at Alliant Specialty.
Mr. Galla, based in New York, previously was deputy head of the private-equity and transaction solutions group at WTW.
He will develop customized programs for private-equity firms and provide strategic expertise in Alliant’s M&A vertical, the broker said in a statement.
