Alliant hires three execs for national commercial surety practice

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Thursday it has named former Aon PLC executive Jeff Leadley, former Marsh LLC executive Glenn Pelletiere and former Willis Towers Watson PLC executive Tom Rhatigan as senior vice presidents of Alliant Specialty within the company’s national commercial surety practice.

They will specialize in developing and managing large, complex surety programs and will work with national commercial surety practice leader Orlando Aguirre to expand Alliant’s commercial surety business, which was launched in August 2024, the broker said in a statement.

Mr. Leadley is based in Chicago and was most recently regional managing director for Aon.

Mr. Pelletiere is based in New York City and was most recently Northeast surety zone leader for Marsh.

Mr. Rhatigan is based in Belford, New Jersey, and was most recently Northeast commercial surety leader for WTW.
