AmTrust forms new E&S leadership team

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. said Thursday it has formed a new leadership team for its excess and surplus division.

Chicago-based Erich Bublitz, who joined AmTrust from the Admiral Insurance Group, where he was most recently senior vice president of operations, will lead the E&S division and report to Dan Hickey, president of AmTrust Specialty Insurance, the New York-based insurer said.

Shannon Piotrowski, based in Chicago, has been promoted to vice president, brokerage new business team. She was formerly director, underwriting, with responsibility for the central and southern new business team.

Caseta Paul, who is based in Southington, Connecticut, has been promoted to vice president, brokerage renewal team, and will expand her role managing the brokerage renewal team, the statement said.
