Annette Rippert joins The Hartford’s Board of Directors

Annette Rippert will join The Hartford’s Board of Directors, starting February 18, 2025, and will contribute to the Finance, Investment, and Risk Management Committee.

Rippert retired as CEO of Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting group, where she revitalised the $15 billion portfolio of advisory services by driving the adoption of technology, data, and artificial intelligence to foster new and distinct growth opportunities.

She led numerous strategic acquisitions to enhance Accenture’s advisory offerings and played a pivotal role in advancing reskilling initiatives and human capital strategies essential to the company’s expansion.

Over her career at Accenture, Rippert held increasing responsibilities, including leading the North America Technology business—the company’s largest market—and serving as the Technology and Innovation Lead for Accenture Federal Services, where she spearheaded growth in digital, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Rippert earned both a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science and a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University.

She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Northwestern University, underscoring her dedication to education and leadership development.
