Aon’s Lori Goltermann honored by ISU’s Katie School

CHICAGO — Lori Goltermann, chief client officer and CEO, global enterprise clients, at Aon PLC, was honored as the 2022 Katie School Hall of Fame Laureate at a dinner in Chicago on Thursday.

The award, which was presented by Illinois State University’s Katie School of Insurance and Risk Management, recognizes a “preeminent individual who has performed in a key executive position in an insurance organization.”

Ms. Goltermann, one of the 2016 Business Insurance Women to Watch, is the first woman to receive the award. She began her career at Travelers Cos. Inc. and joined Aon in 1993.

Also honored at the event were Vanessa Contreras, senior vice president and U.S. casualty team leader at SCOR Reinsurance, who received the 2022 Young Leader Award, and StrongArm Technologies, which received the 2022 Innovation Award for its FUSE safety wearables.
