Aon appoints global food, agribusiness, beverage leader

Aon on Wednesday named Susan Doering global food, agribusiness and beverage leader, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

She replaces Ciara Jackson, who was appointed enterprise client leader, EMEA.

Ms. Doering, based in Philadelphia, will report to Petra Schmidt, global industry leader.

Ms. Doering joined Aon last year as an enterprise client leader. Before that, she was head of climate risk solutions at Willis Towers Watson. Previously, she held various leadership roles in environmental underwriting at Philadelphia Insurance, American International Group and Kemper Insurance.
