Aon appoints Puneet Swani as Head of Talent Solutions for Asia Pacific

Aon, a global insurance and reinsurance broker, has appointed Puneet Swani as the new Head of Talent Solutions for the Asia Pacific region, effective immediately.

Based in Singapore, Swani will report to Tim Dwyer, Aon’s Head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific. In his new role, Swani will focus on strengthening Aon’s Talent Solutions offerings and advancing the company’s integrated Human Capital strategy across the region.

He will collaborate closely with teams from Talent, Health, and Wealth Solutions to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

“Talent Solutions is crucial to our overall Human Capital strategy due to its impact on clients’ abilities to attract, retain and develop their talent. By addressing these needs, we aim to assist clients in making better decisions in the pursuit of stronger, more adaptable and motivated workforces. Swani brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources consulting to his new role. His career includes leadership positions at Hewitt Associates and Mercer, where he most recently served as Senior Partner for the International Region.
