Aon hires former Newfront sales leader

Aon PLC this week hired Phil Pierce, former Newfront Insurance chief growth officer, as resident sales director for Northern California.

San Francisco-based Mr. Pierce joined Newfront in 2021 from Lockton Cos. LLC where he was chief operating officer – Pacific North.

He will report to Jessica Fields and Chris Choi, executive vice presidents at Aon in California.
