Aon names head of commercial risk in North America

Aon PLC said Monday that Brian Wanat has been named head of its commercial risk solutions business for North America.
He succeeds Joe Peiser, who was named CEO of commercial risk solutions, its main commercial insurance brokerage unit, in August.
Mr. Wanat joined Aon in 2002 as a team leader in its financial services group and was named chief broking officer for the United States in 2018.
He will remain in New York and report to Mr. Peiser and Jennifer Bell, CEO of North America for Aon.
