Aon names management liability leaders

Aon PLC Tuesday named Anna Digel chief broking officer of its financial services group and announced other promotions within the unit, which places coverage for directors and officers liability and other management liability risks.

Washington-based Ms. Digel was previously a senior vice president and team leader at the brokerage. She will report to Tim Fletcher, CEO of Aon’s U.S. financial services group.

The role had been open since Kristin Kraeger was promoted to lead Aon’s professional services practice last year, an Aon spokesman said.

In addition, Aon named Collin Breeney and Joe Reynolds co-leaders for the greater New York region for the group.

Mr. Breeney will oversee Aon’s public company commercial team in New York, and Mr. Reynolds will lead the brokerage’s public company financial institutions business in the region, Aon said.

Mr. Breeney and Mr. Reynolds were previously senior vice presidents and team leaders. They will report to Kary Trocchia, who was recently named Aon’s financial services group East region leader.
