Aon names Marc Hickman to lead West region

Aon PLC Wednesday named Marc Hickman head of its West region, effective April 1.
Los Angeles-based Mr. Hickman succeeds Mike Mahoney, who was recently named head of North America commercial risk sales at Aon.
Mr. Hickman joined Aon in 2007 and most recently has served as North America commercial risk solutions account executive practice growth leader.
He will report to Lori Goltermann, CEO of regions and North America, and will be a member of the brokerage’s North America executive committee, an Aon statement said.
Earlier this week, NFP, Aon’s middle-market unit, named Brian Bonnell to lead its property/casualty business in the West. Previously, Mr. Bonnell, who joined NFP in 2018, was senior vice president, operations.
He will report to Michael Schneider, president of NFP’s Central and West regions.
