Aon names Matt Chmel head of cyber, North America

Aon announced Monday it appointed Matt Chmel head of cyber solutions, North America.

Mr. Chmel succeeds Brent Rieth, who was promoted to global head of cyber solutions earlier this year. Mr. Chmel will continue reporting to Mr. Rieth.

Mr. Chmel, who is based in Chicago, was most recently chief broking officer within Aon’s cyber solutions group.
