Aon promotes Slyfield to chief innovation officer

Aon PLC on Monday named Jillian Slyfield as chief innovation officer, effective Dec. 1.
She succeeds Tony Goland, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Based in San Francisco, Ms. Slyfield will report to Aon CEO Greg Case and join Aon’s executive committee.
Ms. Slyfield joined Aon in 2015 and is currently digital economy practice leader, a role in which she focuses on digital disruption of traditional industries and the on-demand economy.
Ms. Slyfield was named one of the 2017 winners of Business Insurance’s annual Women to Watch awards program.
