Aon to buy UK professional liability specialist

Aon PLC said Friday it has agreed to buy Liverpool, England-based brokerage Griffiths & Armour.
Terms were not disclosed.
Griffiths & Armour has about 200 staff and other offices in Dublin, London and Manchester.
The brokerage specializes in professional liability insurance and places other commercial insurance lines.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, an Aon statement said.
