Arden appoints Tim Henry as COO and Brian Sheekey as CFO

Arden Insurance Services, a tech-enabled managing general agency (MGA), has announced the appointments of Tim Henry as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Brian Sheekey as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Henry brings deep expertise in product management, operational performance improvement, and strategy execution.

He joins Arden from Farmers Insurance, where he most recently served as Head of Property Product, leading a ~$7.5 billion premium nationwide homeowners product line. His responsibilities included product development, actuarial pricing, R&D, underwriting, exposure management, and analytics.

Before that, Henry served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Offering Management at Teradata and also spent over seven years at Bain & Company. Earlier in his career, he held roles at THQ and Activision.

Sheekey brings over 30 years of finance leadership experience. He joins Arden from GeoVera, where he spent almost 20 years serving as its CFO. During his tenure, he oversaw finance, capital management, and rating agency relations, and played a key role in structuring the company’s catastrophe reinsurance program.

Prior to that, Sheekey served as CFO at Tower Hill Group and as Senior Manager at KPMG.
