Ardonagh acquires stake in Dutch firms PIA & PIN

Global insurance intermediary The Ardonagh Group’s Netherlands arm has reached an agreement to acquire a substantial stake in two key players in the Dutch high-net-worth insurance sector: Private Insurance Assuradeuren B.V. (PIA) and Private Insurance Nederland B.V. (PIN).

PIA, a Managing General Agent (MGA), specialises in the creation and distribution of bespoke insurance products for high-net-worth individuals.

Its portfolio includes exclusive policies for home, contents, art, valuables, luxury vehicles, and pleasure crafts. Backed by a network of international, specialised insurers, PIA offers innovative insurance solutions throughout the Netherlands.

These premium, tailored products are distributed through various channels, including PIN. PIN plays a crucial role in supporting local insurance brokers and expanding the reach of PIA’s services.
