Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd, a Lloyd’s managing agency, has successfully rolled out Send’s Underwriting Workbench across every class of business.
This makes Argenta the first Lloyd’s managing agent to adopt the Send platform across all business lines, with it now live across Casualty, Marine & Energy, Property, and Specialty, offering 23 products and more than 60 users.
It marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to modernise and future-proof its underwriting operations.
Send’s platform will replace email-heavy workflows, disconnected systems, and manual processes that incurred operational risk.
The platform brings together data, documents, and decision-making in one place. It offers complete submission lifecycle management, streamlined compliance tracking, and management information capabilities.
The implementation was delivered in partnership with Sollers Consulting.
Argenta and Send are also planning further enhancements, including integration with HX pricing, data enrichment, and sanctions screening.
Additionally, Argenta is exploring extended use cases for greater efficiency, control, and data-driven decision-making.
Jed Farr, Group Chief Information Officer at Argenta, said, “Send Underwriting Workbench was the clear choice – developed by insurance experts who understand complex risk and real-world underwriting. It is helping us capture data in smarter ways, unlock faster insights, and keep underwriters in control. We now have a future-proof platform that’s driving greater collaboration, consistency and confidence.”
Natasha Bond, Chief Customer Officer at Send, commented: “We’re proud to partner with Argenta as they lead the way in modern underwriting. This full rollout across every class of business is a powerful endorsement of our platform’s ability to handle complex, high-volume underwriting at scale.
“What’s been especially rewarding is the strength of the collaboration. Argenta has been clear on their ambition and open to reimagining what great underwriting looks like. We’re excited to keep building with them as they continue to drive innovation in the market.”
Jakub Wróblewski, London Market Practice Lead at Sollers, added, “We are extremely pleased to have collaborated with both Send and Argenta to ensure the successful technical implementation of the Send platform. We’re delighted to have formed a unique trio of companies for whom insurance — and particularly the London market — represents a core area of expertise.”
