Argo promotes CFO Donahue to CEO

Argo Group International Holdings Inc. Tuesday named Chris Donahue as its new CEO.
Mr. Donahue joined Argo in November 2023 as chief financial officer. He succeeds Jessica Buss, who has left the company.
Ms. Buss was appointed CEO in 2023 when Brookfield Reinsurance Ltd. acquired Argo.
Argo said David Chan has succeeded Mr. Donahue as CFO.
Mr. Chan previously was chief accounting officer. Prior to that, he held senior roles at AmTrust Financial Services Inc., Moody’s Investor Services and PwC.
