Ascot appoints Bruce Sikorski as Group Head of Corporate Services

Ascot, a Bermuda-based global specialty insurer, has announced the appointment of Bruce Sikorski to the newly created role of Group Head of Corporate Services.

Based in Ascot’s Iselin, New Jersey office, Sikorski will report to Bill Thygeson, Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

In his new role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of Ascot’s global facilities, focusing on functionality, safety, sustainability, and consistency. Additionally, he will manage the company’s global travel program and corporate vendor relationships.

Sikorski brings nearly 25 years of experience, including almost two decades at Everest, where he most recently served as Corporate Services Director. In this role, he was responsible for the global real estate of more than 30 offices across four continents.

Thygeson expressed enthusiasm for Sikorski’s appointment, stating, “As we continue to add talent and expand our presence across the “golden triangle” of global specialty insurance – the U.S., U.K. and Bermuda – Bruce’s proven experience managing large, complex facilities and leading global teams will be invaluable to our continued operational success.”
