Ashley Mehyo named VP of Claims for Fine Art and Collectibles at Distinguished Programs

Distinguished Programs, a national insurance programmes manager, has appointed Ashley Mehyo as Vice President of Claims for its Fine Art and Collectibles programme.

With over seven years of industry experience, Mehyo has specialised in Fine Art & Collectibles throughout her career.

Her expertise will be crucial in advancing Distinguished’s commitment to offering top-tier claims service tailored to the needs of modern collectors and businesses.

“We’re excited to have Ashley on board,” commented Patrick Drummond, President of the Fine Art and Collectibles programme at Distinguished.

Drummond continued: “Ashley’s expertise in both claims and the fine art sector positions her perfectly to lead our efforts in providing world class service to our clients. Her contributions will be crucial as we continue to grow our Fine Art and Collectibles programme.”

In her new position, Mehyo will manage all facets of the claims operations for the Fine Art and Collectibles insurance division.

Before joining Distinguished, she was a Claims Supervisor at Berkley Asset Protection, where she was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of claims in areas such as jewellers block, personal jewellery, fine art, specie, and commercial property.

Mehyo holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Ramapo College of NJ and is originally from the Greater NY Area.
