AssuredPartners buys Delaware agency

AssuredPartners Inc. has bought B&H Insurance LLC, an insurance agency with about $8 million in annual revenue.
Newark, Delaware-based BHI offers commercial property/casualty insurance, personal lines, employee benefits, and safety and human resources consulting services.
The team of 26 will join Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners and remain under the leadership of John Boykin, president and CEO of BHI, according to an AssuredPartners statement.
The deal is the 20th acquisition made by AssuredPartners in 2021, according to the statement.
AssuredPartners is the 11th-largest brokerage of U.S. business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
