AssuredPartners makes Massachusetts buy

AssuredPartners Inc. said Tuesday it has acquired Baldwin Insurance Agency Inc. and Welsh & Parker Insurance Agency Inc. of Wayland, Massachusetts.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The team of 27 at Baldwin | Welsh & Parker will join AssuredPartners and remain under the leadership of company President David D’Orlando and Vice President Steven Joyce.
The deal is the second acquisition in August and the 30th acquisition in 2021, AssuredPartners said.
Headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, AssuredPartners is the 11th-largest brokerage, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
