AssuredPartners names Chubb exec Hammond as next CFO

AssuredPartners Inc. on Friday named Chubb Ltd. executive Mark Hammond as chief financial officer, effective March 2.
Mr. Hammond will report to CEO Jim Henderson. Chubb Ltd. announced earlier Friday that Mr. Hammond would be leaving the company.
Mr. Hammond, currently deputy CFO and global treasurer at Chubb Group, has over 30 years of experience in finance and more than 20 years of insurance industry experience.
He will be based at the brokerage’s Lake Mary, Florida headquarters.
AssuredPartners’ previous CFO Andrew Krasner left the brokerage to rejoin Willis Towers Watson PLC in August.
