At-Bay offering Markel-backed professional liability cover

Insurtech managing general agency At-Bay Inc. said Thursday it is introducing miscellaneous professional liability coverage backed by a Markel Corp. unit.

The San Francisco-based MGA said in its statement it is offering customized coverage and pricing across more than 50 classes of business.

The product line provides up to $5 million in limits for businesses with up to $25 million in revenue, according to a spokeswoman.

The program, which is backed by Markel Insurtech Underwriters, is the first time At-Bay has expanded its products beyond its cyber liability and technology and omissions coverage, the statement said.
