Augment Risk Services names Matson CEO

Augment Risk Services LLC on Monday named former McGill and Partners and Aon PLC executive Andrew Matson as CEO.

Mr. Matson had until recently served as partner and head of structured solutions at McGill. Prior to that, he had been CEO, global MGA and portfolio solutions, at Aon.

Augment launched in July with $100 million in backing from Altamont Capital Partners LP.

In October Augment launched a global parametric specialty division for index-based risk transfer.
