Axa XL names E&S property leader

Axa XL on Thursday named Chris Lee to lead its excess and surplus lines property insurance business.

Kyle Burnett, who previously headed E&S property for the commercial lines unit of Axa SA, joined Swiss Re Ltd. in April.

Mr. Lee joined Axa XL in 2013 and most recently was a vice president in the division. He will report to Michele Sansone, chief underwriting officer for Axa XL’s property business in the Americas.
