Beazley appoints head of US cyber

Beazley PLC Thursday named former Aon PLC executive Melissa Carmichael head of U.S. cyber, effective immediately.

Based in New York, she will report to Paul Bantick, global head of cyber risks, Beazley said in a statement.

Ms. Carmichael was most recently managing director, specialty & middle market leader, for Aon, the statement said.
