Beecher Carlson hires two former Willis executives

Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC, a unit of Brown & Brown Inc., said Thursday it has hired two former Willis Towers Watson PLC executives as senior managing directors for its energy practice.
Danny Seagraves, formerly a vice president with Willis, will be responsible for leading production, product/solution development, and working with target industries, with an emphasis on renewable/alternative energy and climate technology, the broker said in a statement. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Michael Perron, formerly U.S. power and utilities leader with Willis, will be responsible for leading client advisory and placement for the energy practice. He is based in Princeton Junction, New Jersey.
Both executives will report to Beecher Carlson CEO Joe Siech.
On Wednesday, Aon PLC announced that former Willis Towers Watson PLC broking chief Joe Peiser will join the brokerage as commercial risk leader for North America.
