Berkshire unit announces promotions in executive and professional team

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Co. announced Monday that it promoted Shelley Norman to U.S. executive and professional lines field leader and Brady Head to E&P product lead, North America.

In her new role, Ms. Norman, based in Chicago, will work with E&P regional underwriting teams across the country. She joined Berkshire in 2021 as senior vice president, management liability.

Mr. Head, based in Atlanta, will be responsible for all of the insurer’s E&P lines products in North America. He joined Berkshire as head of directors and officers liability in 2020.

They will report to Anthony Tatulli, who was promoted to head of E&P lines in March.
