Brit adds Mithal, Lynch & Lewis to Private Client team

Brit Ltd, the global specialty insurer and reinsurer, has expanded its Private Client team with the appointments of Vijay Mithal, Billy Lynch and Chris Lewis.

They each bring a deep degree of experience within the High Net Worth (HNW) market along with well-established broker relationships across the sector.

Both Mithal and Lynch join the team as Underwriters, where they will be tasked with strengthening the firm’s dedicated bench of private client underwriters.

Whereas, Lewis has joined the team as Business Development Manager, where he will play a a key role in supporting the team’s strategic growth initiatives.

Mithal joins Brit from GrovesJohnWestrup, Munich Re’s private client arm, and has also held HNW underwriting roles at Chubb prior to this.

At the same time, Lynch joins the organisation from Covea where he was also a HNW underwriter.

And lastly, Lewis has over 25 years of experience in the insurance market, having most recently served at Aviva Private Clients, and has held senior sales roles at both AXA XL and Chubb during his career.
