Broking network Brokerslink has welcomed new members from Mauritania and the Ivory Coast, further strengthening its presence in Africa.
With these additions, Brokerslink now has broking partners and affiliates in 41 countries across the continent.
Mauritanian firm Rema Broking offers a range of personal and commercial insurance services, with expertise in health, professional liability, transportation, machinery, and construction risks. Established in 2006, it is one of the largest broking firms in Mauritania.
Joining from the Ivory Coast, GGA Groupe specialises in health risk management for both nationals and expatriates.
The firm provides insurance and health expense management solutions for individuals, SMEs, and multinational companies. With offices in five African countries, as well as Lebanon and Paris, GGA is a key player in regional and international health coverage.
François Masson, African Regional Manager of Brokerslink commented: “Africa is a continent of contrast and opportunity. This is reflected in the insurance landscape with a wide disparity in levels of insurance penetration and adoption. Brokerslink has a significant presence across the continent and is ideally placed to promote the economic benefits of risk transfer. These two new additions to our network enhance our ability to access and support yet more retail and specialist African insurance markets.”
Remy’s CEO M’Paly Camara added: “I am delighted to be joining the Brokerslink global network, offering our local expertise in Mauritania to our new international colleagues.”
Ali Attié, CEO at GGA Groupe said: “Joining Brokerslink brings new and truly international opportunities to GGA. As a leader in health solutions in Africa, we are also looking to bring our strength in this area to our new Brokerslink partners and affiliates who are looking for new and innovative health solutions across the region.”
