Business and finance automation startup GoDutch raises €3.6 million

Founded in June 2024, the company has grown 10×, sustaining more than 40% month-on-month growth in the past year. The latest round of funding follows quickly on the heels of a €1.2 million pre-seed raise in May.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, the company combines a full business account with integrated financial tools, including team cards, expense management and automated accounts payable and receivable, supported by an AI automation layer that handles financial operations behind the scenes.

Users receive an Iban and card within hours and can reach a human on the phone at any moment, something many SMEs say they no longer get from traditional providers.

Thomas Vles, founder & CEO of GoDutch., says: “SMEs are drowning in disconnected finance tools. These businesses still rely on a collection of disconnected financial systems. Businesses have to reconcile data from 3 to 7 different tools on average. GoDutch was designed to close this gap.”

The new funding, led by Luxembourg Finance House with participation from current investor QuantumLeap Capital, will be used to expand the product suite – including payroll, lending and treasury – and to accelerate GoDutch’s growth in the Dutch and European market. The company will also launch Belgian Ibans on 1 December ahead of a wider European expansion.
