CAC unit appoints Angus Sutherland to business relations post

CAC Group unit Media Guarantors said Tuesday it appointed Angus Sutherland as senior vice president of business relations and client relationships.

Mr. Sutherland, son of the late actor Donald Sutherland, has more than 20 years’ experience in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer in films such as “1917,” “November Criminals” and “Undefeated,” the West Hollywood, California-based film completion guarantee company said.

In his new role, Mr. Sutherland will oversee client relationships and focus on the financial and logistical management of mitigating potential risks.

Denver-based CAC Group acquired Media Guarantors in September 2024.
