Chubb names head of North America multinational business unit

Chubb Ltd. on Tuesday named Tim Benson as executive vice president and head of its North America multinational business unit, effective Oct. 30.

He will succeed Laura Vest, who is retiring.

Philadelphia-based Mr. Benson will report to Matthew Merna, division president, North America major accounts.

Mr. Benson joined Chubb in 2005 and most recently was executive vice president and chief revenue officer for its middle market division. Between 2011 and 2019, he led the middle market and small commercial team focused on international risks of U.S. multinationals.
