Clarke to join WTW as risk, broking head

Former Marsh LLC executive Lucy Clarke will join Willis Towers Watson PLC next year, the brokerage said Monday.

London-based Ms. Clarke will be president, risk and broking, and join the company in the third quarter of 2024, WTW said in a statement.

Adam Garrard, who is currently president of the unit, will become chairman, risk and broking, when Ms. Clarke joins WTW, the statement said. Ms. Clarke will report to WTW CEO Carl Hess.

Previously, Ms. Clarke was president of Marsh Specialty and global placement. She joined Marsh through its purchase of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group PLC in 2019.

Earlier on Monday, Marsh announced that Pat Donnelly, former president of Marsh U.S., would replace Ms. Clarke.
