Colin Ross to lead operational delivery across flood forecasting for Previsico as COO

Previsico, the actionable flood warning insurtech, has announced the promotion of Colin Ross to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his new position, Ross will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and project management, ensuring the smooth delivery of Previsico’s advanced IoT systems in both the UK and US.
His expanded role includes leading all technical operations, guaranteeing seamless service deployment for clients, and managing round-the-clock system monitoring and support.
Ross will also focus on improving systems and business processes to boost operational efficiency and support scalable growth, particularly in the US and other international markets.

Ross, who has been with Previsico for over four years, brings a wealth of experience in project management and operations. Prior to his time at Previsico, he was a Senior Project Manager at Barratt Developments, where he gained experience on the operational risks and challenges faced by major corporations.
He also worked at Hive for eight years, and his expertise spans managing project management functions, optimising business processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems.
