Consultancy introduces automated claims TPA

Boston-based consultancy Xceedance Inc. said Tuesday it has launched Xceedance Claims TPA for insurers.

Xceedance Claims TPA provides insurers automated claim handling and status reports, Xceedance’s statement said Tuesday.

The project is led by James Maddiona, former American International Group Inc. senior vice president of excess casualty claims.

Mr. Maddiona said in the statement Xceedance Claims TPA will help a claims process now suffering from a lack of transparency and communication barriers between stakeholders.
