Cowbell appoints Tim Regilio as Head of Western US Territory

Cowbell, a cyber insurance provider for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has appointed Tim Regilio as Head of the Western US Territory.

In this role, Regilio will provide strategic direction, lead a sales team to drive revenue, expand market share, and build strategic partnerships across the western U.S.

He will report directly to Simon Hughes, Senior Vice President for Global Distribution, and will focus on cultivating new business opportunities, managing key broker and partner relationships, and collaborating across teams to scale the business.

Hughes expressed enthusiasm for Regilio’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Tim to the Cowbell team.

Regilio brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience to Cowbell. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at Sayata Labs, where he played a key role in building the U.S. wholesale broker distribution network and driving new business initiatives.

Before that, Regilio was Head of Broker Relations for the northwest region at Beazley, managing key national broker relationships and supporting underwriting growth. He has also held senior positions at AIG and Principal Financial Group.
