Cowbell names 2 to leadership posts

Cyber insurer Cowbell said Thursday it has named former Willis Towers Watson executive Jessica Klipphahn head of North America mid-market and former Coalition executive Stephanie Hewerdine director of claims.
Ms. Klipphahn will lead Cowbell’s continued expansion in the mid-market segment, reporting to Simon Hughes. She most recently served as North America middle-market cyber leader at WTW.
The middle market represents “tremendous” growth potential for cyber insurance, Mr. Hughes said in a statement.
Ms. Hewerdine will support U.S. claims and the claims process, reporting to Mamta Birla.
Most recently, Ms. Hewerdine was claims counsel at Coalition.
Cowbell, founded in 2019 and headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, operates in all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom.
