CRC Group expands team with three new hires across US

CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor in North America, has announced the hire of three new professionals: Cory Gibson, to be based in Florida; Clark Miller, based in Texas; and Andrew Perez, who will be based in Colorado.

Gibson has been appointed an underwriting team leader specialising in transportation, and will be joining CRC Group’s Tampa, FL (Bayport) office.

Prior to joining the company, he served as transportation underwriter at managing general agency J.M. Wilson. He also spent close to five years at Marquee Insurance Group (MIG), where he held a number of roles.

With eight years of experience in the insurance industry, Miller has joined CRC’s Dallas, TX (Tollway) office as a broker specialising in commercial auto and transportation.

He recently worked as a broker with a leading independent wholesale insurance broker and underwriting manager.

Joining CRC Group from FTP of California, Perez will be part of the Denver, CO office as an underwriting team leader.

During his time at FTP of California, he served as a commercial underwriter following his tenure at Hinterland Insurance where he held the same role.

Perez has also held a number of roles at Risk Strategies and spent a couple of years at Charter Communications.
