Cyber insurer Cowbell hires CFO from SiriusPoint

Cowbell Cyber Inc. on Thursday named former SiriusPoint Ltd. executive David Junius as its first chief financial officer.

Mr. Junius, who joined SiriusPoint’s predecessor company, Third Point Re, as CFO in 2020, previously spent nearly 20 years at American International Group Inc.

SiriusPoint on Wednesday named former Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC executive Steve Yendall as his successor.

Cowbell, a program manager that specializes in cyber coverage for small and medium-sized companies, was formed in 2019.
