Davies promotes Dhara Patel to CEO, North America

Claims and insurance management company Davies Wednesday said it has promoted Dhara Patel to CEO of Davies North America.

She succeeds Matt Button, who was promoted to group deputy CEO earlier this year.

In her new role, Ms. Patel will lead Davies’ operations and sales teams across the U.S. and Canada, which have annual revenues of nearly $500 million, Davies said in a statement.

She also will be responsible for client service and plans to expand capabilities in North America, the statement said.

Ms. Patel joined Davies in 2023 and was most recently Davies’ CEO of specialty programs.

Davies’ North American operations include claims administration as well as actuarial and risk management services, the statement said.
