Dual hires executives formerly with Everest, Navigators

Dual North America Inc., a specialty program administrator and managing general underwriter, Monday named former Everest Insurance Inc. executive Andreas Graham as executive vice president of the EIURS team, a division of Dual, and former Navigators Inc. executive Ed Frey as senior vice president of professional liability.

Mr. Graham will lead the EIURS team, which specializes in middle-market energy casualty, ocean marine and inland marine underwriting, Dual said in a statement.

Based in Boston, he will report to Connie Germano, chief casualty officer at Dual North America.

Mr. Graham was most recently head of excess casualty national accounts at Everest Insurance.

As senior vice president of professional liability, Mr. Frey will oversee Dual’s existing professional liability portfolio and identify new market opportunities.

He was most recently director of underwriting at Navigators.

Based in Chicago, Mr. Frey will report to Ms. Germano.
